This Privacy Policy explains how Nabto ApS, CVR number 30708059, Åbogade 15, 8200 Aarhus N, Denmark ("Nabto", "we", "us", "our") collects and processes personal data about visitors to our website at www.nabto.com (the "Website").
This policy covers the Website only. If you log in to our cloud console or use the Nabto platforms, the separate Platform Privacy Policy at https://downloads.nabto.com/assets/legal/platform-privacy-policy.html applies.

3.1 By default the Website sets only strictly necessary cookies, if any, to operate the site. These do not require consent. The one exception is live chat (Section 3.3), whose cookies are set only with your consent.
3.2 We measure page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your browser and does not build a profile of you. We use no advertising, tracking or cross-site measurement cookies, so our analytics remain cookieless.
3.3 The Website shows a small banner asking whether you accept the cookies our live chat needs. If you decline, the chat widget is not loaded. You can still write to us by email or start a chat from a "Chat now" button. Starting a chat is your consent to the chat cookies for the rest of that browser session; the widget loads at that point and stays while you browse in that session.
3.4 If we introduce cookies or technologies that require consent, we will add a consent mechanism and update this policy before they are used.
